Job Title: Engineering Documentation Coordinator

Pay: $22.00 – $25.00 per hour Hours: Full-time, temporary Start Date: ASAP

As an Engineering Documentation Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in supporting document management, ensuring accuracy and compliance across engineering teams. You’ll collaborate closely with Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, and Operations departments to streamline documentation workflows and uphold quality standards.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead and execute document control processes, including organizing, cataloging, and updating engineering drawings, specifications, and technical records.
  • Collaborate with multiple departments to verify the accuracy, completeness, and compliance of technical documents with company standards and industry regulations.
  • Review and verify technical documents for formatting, version control, and completeness.
  • Develop and implement enhanced document tracking and filing systems to improve efficiency and reduce errors.
  • Manage document revision histories and oversee change control procedures.
  • Provide regular project status updates to team leads and key stakeholders.
  • Support additional administrative and documentation-related tasks as needed to ensure smooth project flow.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Technical Communications, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
  • 1–3 years of experience in document control, technical administration, or engineering support roles.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with document management systems is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines efficiently.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in manufacturing, aerospace, or engineering-intensive environments.
  • Familiarity with PLM, ERP, or electronic document management systems.
  • Experience handling engineering drawings, Bills of Materials (BOMs), or technical specifications.
  • Proven record of process improvements and workflow optimization.

Location & Schedule:
