Dana is truly an exception recruiter. She keeps in touch at least twice a week. She calls and texts me almost daily from the point of recruiting until now. She was there to make suggestions about my resume. Dana prepped me for the interview. She coached me on how to handle the topic of salary when I received the offer. She congratulated me when I texted her that I accepted the offer. Yesterday was my first day for training.To my dismayed, I was one week behind on my training compared with other 8 or 9 pharmacists in my group. They started last Tuesday and I started just yesterday, Monday. Dana is a real trooper. She listened to my ranting about my first day. At the end of my first day, Dana called to praise me for successfully completing my first day of training. Dana is an extremely dedicated recruiter with great positive attitude.
