I was recently connected with Erin regarding the Remote Behavioral Health Case Manager position at PacificSource. Throughout our interactions, Erin demonstrated a level of professionalism and skill that is truly remarkable. She was highly empathetic and caring, giving me the space to think through the opportunity thoroughly. Her verbal and written communication was excellent, clear, and timely. She thoroughly explained every detail and has been a passionate advocate, genuinely trying to find the best match for both the company and for me as a potential employee. She has been exemplary in every area and has demonstrated a high level of experience and efficiency. It is because of Erin's thoroughness and clarity that I was able to gain a deep understanding of the role. Upon reflection, I feel that my skillset—14 years of experience including supervision, program development, and directorship—is better suited for a more senior, strategic position within PacificSource, such as a Behavioral Health Supervisor, Program Manager, or a role in Quality Improvement.
