Pharmacist-in-charge in

Compensation: $20,000 Sign-on Bonus

$60 - $68 an hour (based on experience)

Up to $16k Annual Bonus (based on performance)

Daily Responsibilities:
- Lead daily pharmacy workflow, perform all staff pharmacist duties, ensure legal/compliance standards, manage inventory, scheduling, controlled substance procedures, and drive performance toward labor, sales, and utilization goals
- Supervise and coach pharmacy staff, resolve customer issues, conduct physician detailing, support public health initiatives, manage third party issues, and maintain all required state/federal records
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy
- Active and unencumbered Indiana Pharmacist License
