Closed Door Pharmacist - Specialty Infusion

  HealthCare Support is seeking a Pharmacist to fill an opening with a closed door specialty pharmacy in Hudson, MA   Daily Responsibilities for the Pharmacist:

• Evaluate medication orders for appropriateness, monitor high-risk conditions, maintain patient databases, provide clinical support, ensure compliance with regulatory standards, and document communications to optimize patient safety and therapeutic outcomes
• Monday - Friday 8:30am - 6:30pm (between these hours)
• Rotating On Call

  Required Qualifications for the Pharmacist:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy
• Clear and Active Pharmacist license in the state of position
• 1+ year of experience as a Pharmacist
• Home infusion experience
• IV/Compounding experience
• USP 797 experience - Pharmaceutical Compounding: Sterile Preparations, delineates the standards for compounding sterile preparations in all pharmacy settings.

• Shift: As the Pharmacist Leader, they will have the autonomy to create their own schedule | As the leader, needs to be flexible! | Must be willing to work every other weekend Weekdays – Open from 8 a.m. – 8 p.m. Weekends – Open from 9 a.m. – 6 p.m. on Saturdays 10 – 5 on Sundays

Required qualifications for the Registered Pharmacist In Charge:

• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy
• Current state pharmacist licensure in good standing
• Retail Pharmacy experience 

Preferred qualifications for the Registered Pharmacist In Charge:

• Relevant Pharmacy Board Certification(s)
• Equivalent combination of education and experience in business management
