No pharmacy claims or insurance verification experience is required. If you have healthcare experience, strong customer service skills, and a desire to learn, comprehensive training will be provided!
Salary: $19-24/hr.
Schedule:

Full-time, primarily remote with 1-2 days in office per month

Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
-
No weekends!
Alternative schedules may be available:

Monday-Friday, 11:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m.

4x10 schedule, 9:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m.

Daily Responsibilities:

Verify patient insurance benefits and eligibility for prescription coverage

Process pharmacy claims and coordinate authorizations with insurance providers

Communicate with patients, insurance companies, and internal teams to resolve coverage issues

Review patient financial responsibility and available assistance programs
-
Ensure prescriptions are processed accurately and ready for timely shipment
Requirements:
-
High school diploma or GED
-
Minimum 2 years of healthcare experience
-
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word
-
Strong customer service and phone communication skills
-
Comfort working across multiple computer systems and dual monitors
