Physical Therapist HealthCare Support is actively seeking a Physical Therapist to fill an opening with a prestigious healthcare company in Leavenworth, IN. Daily Responsibilities for Physical Therapist: 

• Optimizes the physical abilities and skills of patients
• Evaluating and treating all patients who could benefit from intervention
• Documenting progress toward identified objectives in a compliant and timely manner
• Communicating patient status and needs to the patient
• 8am - 5pm; Monday-Friday

Required Qualifications for Physical Therapist: 

• Graduate of American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) accredited school of physical therapy
• Valid State Physical Therapist license.

Pharmacist-in-Charge HealthCare Support is actively seeking a Pharmacist-in-Charge to fill an opening with a top-rated retail employer dedicated to optimizing patient outcomes and delivering compassionate, high-quality experiences to patients in Prospect, KY  Looking for a new opportunity within this industry but this isn’t it? Pay Details:

• $153-165K (Based on experience) 
• Premium Pay Incentive
• Annual Bonus $9k - $18k

Shift:

• 40 hours a week,  Days & autonomy to create your own schedule!

Daily Responsibilities for Pharmacist-in-Charge:

• Oversee pharmacy staff and operations, dispense prescriptions, manage inventory levels, and ensure proper storage and security of drugs
• Provide superior patient care through patient advocacy and education

Required Qualifications for Pharmacist-in-Charge:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy or PharmD
• Active/Clear State Pharmacist Licensure
• 2 years of experience within a retail pharmacy setting
• Proficient with computers and prescription management systems

Preferred Qualifications for the Pharmacist-in-Charge:

• Relevant Pharmacy Board Certification(s)
• Equivalent combination of education experience in business management
