Family Nurse Practitioner -Float HealthCare Support is actively seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner to fill an opening in Company Detail in Marietta, Georgia. Daily Responsibilities for Family Nurse Practitioner:

• Provide Primary and Family evidenced-based care inclusive of accurate assessment, diagnosis, treatment, management of health problems, health counseling, and disposition planning for our patients.
• Provide administrative duties to include but not limited to opening/closing the clinic, inventory, patient follow up, verifying insurance and collecting payment, maintaining a clean environment.
• M-F 830-730 (lunch 130-230) Sat 09-530 Sunday 09-430 (30 min lunch)

Required Qualifications for Family Nurse Practitioner:

• Board certified through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners or the American Nurses Credentialing Center, with certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner
• Clear and active NP license in Georgia
• 1+ year of professional experience as a Family Nurse Practitioner/ Primary Care
• Active BLS Certification from ARC or AHA- List expiration date on submittal

Nurse Practitioner HealthCare Support is actively seeking a Nurse Practitioner to fill an opening in Salem , New Hampshire.  Daily Responsibilities for Nurse Practitioner:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments
• Effectively manage acute and chronic medical and behavioral conditions
• Ensure accurate and complete documentation, including ICD 10 conditions
• Communicate and collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team
• Monday to Friday 8AM - 5PM

Required Qualifications for Nurse Practitioner:

• Active and unrestricted license in New York 
• NP: Graduate of an accredited Master of Science Nursing or Doctor of Nursing Practice program
• NP- Board certified through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners or the American Nurses Credentialing Center, with certification in one of the following:
• Family Nurse Practitioner Adult Nurse Practitioner Gerontology Nurse Practitioner, Adult-Gerontology or Acute Care Nurse Practitioner

Preferred Qualifications for Nurse Practitioner:

• 1+ year of clinical experience in practice (long-term care setting preferred)
• Experience in meeting the medical needs of patients with complex behavioral, social and/or functional needs
• Understanding of Geriatrics and Chronic Illness
• Understanding of Advanced Illness and end of life discussions
