Open Heart Registered Nurse (OR)  We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Open Heart Registered Nurse (OR) to join a leading hospital in Kissimmee, Florida. This is an exciting opportunity to assist in complex cardiovascular procedures within a collaborative, high-acuity surgical environment focused on patient safety and clinical excellence. Shift Details:

• Days | 10-hour shifts

Compensation Notes: 

• $33.43 – $48.00/hr + Shift Differentials if Applicable

Daily Responsibilities for Open Heart Registered Nurse (OR):

• Circulate or scrub in the CVOR for open-heart and vascular surgeries, maintaining a sterile environment and ensuring all instruments and equipment are prepared and available.
• Monitor patient status, collaborate with the cardiac surgical team, and maintain accurate documentation in compliance with hospital and regulatory standards.

Required Qualifications for Open Heart Registered Nurse (OR):

• 1+ year of perioperative nursing experience
• 1+ year of experience with open-heart and cardiovascular surgeries
• Active Florida RN license or compact license
