Resident Services Director / Registered Nurse - $20K Bonus   HealthCare Support is actively seeking a Resident Services Director / Registered Nurse to fill an opening with a company who is redefining senior living in Mandan, ND   Daily Responsibilities for Resident Services Director / Registered Nurse:

• As a Resident Services Director, you’ll set the tone for the entire clinical department. You will help our nurses and caregivers provide the best care possible for our residents
• Establish and maintain appropriate resident care 
• Assess current and prospective residents 
• Participate in care conferences with families 
• Hire, train, and supervise clinical staff

• Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

  Required Qualifications for Resident Services Director / Registered Nurse:

• Current state Registered Nurse (RN) license 
• BSN, desired 
• Three years clinical experience

• $83,000 - $96,00 plus A $20K Sign-on Bonus
