PBM Data Analyst - Hybrid

  Healthcare Support is actively seeking a PBM Data Analyst - Hybrid to support a nationally recognized leader in healthcare. This company is a leader in providing benefit administration solutions to employers, unions, health plans, and government entities. We are looking for candidates in New York, NY, Denver, CO and Charlotte, NC

 Daily Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support a team of account executives to ensure client satisfaction, retention, and performance. 
• Support clients in a leadership capacity, focusing on escalation management and relationship development. 
• Manage high profile but limited client book. 
• Conduct regular team meetings to align goals, share updates, and address challenges. 
• Mentor and develop team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in PBM services, including but not limited to overall pharmacy strategy, financial performance, contract management
• Shift: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
•  Hybrid: 3 days in office / 2 days remote

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree
• 1+ years of previous work experience, preferably in PBM, Healthcare, Data Exchange, and Integrated Accumulations
• Ability to match key PBM concepts and data fields across various systems and file layouts to ensure consistency and accuracy of data transfers
• Ability to analyze complex business problems to discover and resolve root causes
• Proficiency in SQL, Excel, JSON and other technical data skills preferred
• Strong communication skills with the ability to develop effective work relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Self-motivated and detail-oriented problem solver
• Ability to handle multiple competing priorities in a dynamic environment and collaborate in a team
• Must Have:
• PBM experience
• Accumulations experience
• They need to be able to speak with vendors.

Pay Details: 

• New York, NY Salary Range - $96,800 - $121,000 
• Denver, CO Salary Range - $88,800 - $111,000 
• Charlotte, NC Salary Range - $80,800 - $101,000

Pharm Tech Care Advocate - Medication Adherence HealthCare Support is actively seeking a Pharm Tech Care Advocate - Medication Adherence to fill an opening. Daily Responsibilities for Pharm Tech Care Advocate - Medication Adherence

• Will be doing outbound adherence calls to help get their Medicare Advantage STAR measure scores up, will also handle inbound calls from members returning missed adherence calls. 
• They will also help coordinate other needs for members or will refer them to the care coordination team. Those needs include transportation issues, food insecurity, financial problems. Will get them in touch with the right person on the community connections team. 
• Expected to handle 90-100 outbound/inbound calls a day - will be on an autodialer. 
• Monday to Friday 11am-8pm (NO exceptions) / REMOTE

Required Qualifications for Pharm Tech Care Advocate - Medication Adherence

• 2 years of pharm tech experience
• 1 year of true call center experience
• Good tenure in past positions, need to who held at least one job for a full 2 years within the last 5 years 

Preferred Qualifications for Pharm Tech Care Advocate - Medication Adherence

• Bilingual in Spanish, Mandarin, Russian, or Vietnamese preferred
