Population Health Clinical Executive - Pharmacist  Join a rapidly growing, clinically driven PBM that is transforming pharmacy care through a value-based approach focused on better outcomes and smarter pharmacy spend. This is an opportunity to join a collaborative clinical team where pharmacists are at the center of driving meaningful impact for members and clients. Schedule

• Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM
• Hybrid schedule: 3 days onsite / 2 days remote

Compensation

• $120,000–$155,000+ base salary, with flexibility for highly qualified candidates based on experience
• Up to 10% annual bonus opportunity

Daily Responsibilities : 

• The Population Health Clinical Executive reviews high-cost and complex pharmacy cases, identifies opportunities for clinical intervention, and works directly with physicians to drive clinically appropriate, cost-effective care. This role also supports clinical savings initiatives, client needs, and prior authorization reviews while collaborating across Population Health and Clinical teams.

Required Qualifications:

• Active Pharmacist License in good standing
• Experience in pharmacy benefit management (PBM)
• Experience with clinical interventions, formulary management, or healthcare reporting processes
