HealthCare Support is actively seeking a
Director of Med/Surg to lead a busy Med/Surg department at a well-established Level II Trauma Center serving the Panama City, FL. This hospital is known for its comprehensive surgical services, advanced technology, and collaborative culture supporting a wide range of specialties. With a strong clinical foundation and leadership support, this is an excellent opportunity for a surgical services leader to make a meaningful impact while continuing to grow within a respected healthcare system.
Schedule: 8-5pm, M-F

$110,000 - $125,000

Daily Responsibilities for Director of Med/Surg:
Provide leadership for planning, management, implementation, integration and coordination of the unit in support of facility goals dedicated to excellence, effective leadership, and financial stability. Support the delivery of the high-quality, cost-effective patient care through activities based on facility strategic goals and objectives

Required Qualifications for Director of Med/Surg:
-
Active, unrestricted Florida Registered Nurse (RN) license or valid compact licensure. If hired with a compact license, an active Florida RN license must be obtained within 90 days of hire

Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) required

Cardiac Background
-
5+ years of recent Med/Surg experience
-
5+ years of Clinical or operational leadership experience
