These RN positions are travel positions to client homes/facilities. RN’s will do the assessments in client homes or facilities where clients are located. They will be traveling every day during their 8 hour work day. Distance per day will depend on where our clients are located. We maximize their time with clients and watch carefully the amount of time they travel but on any given day their travel could outweigh their time with clients. The areas where these RN’s live are targeted. We cover the whole state of Arkansas.
For the RN’s each day starts at 7:30 a.m. with a virtual huddle except on Wednesdays and the huddle begins at 7:00 a.m. We usually stress the need to be ready to work once that huddle is completed. They will work an 8 hour day and all travel will be during that 8 hour work day. Each RN will need to have a valid driver’s license and a working vehicle.
The Assessments take anywhere from 1.5 to 2 hours to complete so each RN is asked to complete 3-4 assessments each day depending on travel time. The positives are these RN’s get to work independently while working in the field but they are required to complete these assessments before their day ends.
