Contract Attorney HealthCare Support is actively seeking a Contract Attorney to fill an opening in Eden Prairie, Minnesota. Daily Responsibilities for Contract Attorney

• Draft, review, negotiate, and manage a high volume of commercial contracts, including technology, professional services, operational, and financial services agreements.
• Provide legal support for contract remediation, amendments, compliance reviews, and contract lifecycle management while ensuring alignment with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with corporate legal teams, procurement departments, and cross-functional stakeholders to identify risks, resolve contract issues, and support enterprise-wide business initiatives.
• Monday to Friday 8AM - 5PM

Required Qualifications for Contract Attorney

• Minimum 5 years experience required 
• Healthcare industry experience preferred
• Banking or financial services contract experience
• Experience supporting large enterprise organizations

Travel Home Health/Hospice RN Gross Weekly Pay: $2000 - $2800 (based on location) Location: Nationwide Schedule: 5 x 8-hour day shifts | 13-week contract About Us: HealthCare Support is a nationwide staffing partner providing contract, travel, and remote opportunities for healthcare professionals. We are currently seeking multiple Travel Home Health/Hospice RNs for 13-week contracts. Join a team that values flexibility, purpose-driven work, and career growth all while exploring new locations. Travel Home Health/Hospice RN Responsibilities:

• Home Health/Hospice RNs travel to patient homes and complete nursing assessments and patient care
• Develop, implement, and revise individualized care plans based on clinical findings
• Document all visits, communications, and interventions accurately in EMR systems

Requirements:

• Active RN License
• Minimum 1 year of home health/hospice experience within last 2 years
• Home Health RNs - OASIS experience within last 2 years

Preferred:

• Experienced with Homecare Homebase (HCHB)
