Home Health RN / Registered Nurse - Weekends Only

Home Health RN / Registered Nurse   Healthcare Support is actively seeking a Home Health Registered Nurse to fill an opening for a top healthcare provider located in Canton, MA!   Daily Responsibilities for the Home Health Registered Nurse:
  • Work one-on-one with your clients to provide them customized care
  •  Develop plans of care and utilize nursing theories, skills and techniques to provide quality care 
  • Assess all medicines to identify possible ineffective drug therapy or adverse reactions, significant side effects, drug allergies, and contraindicated medications
  • Provide wound care, medication administration, new admissions/start of care.
Schedule: 
  • Friday-Sunday | Friday is an 8-hour day | Saturday and Sunday are 12 hour days
Required Qualifications for the Home Health Registered Nurse:
  • Registered Nurse in Massachusetts
  • 1+ years of clinical experience as an RN
  • Must have Home Health experience
  • Experience with IVs, Wound Care, and Disease Management (diabetes, CHF, liver disease, COPD)
  • Must possess and maintain valid CPR certification while employed in a clinical role
  • Must be a licensed driver with an automobile that is insured in accordance with state and/or organization requirements and is in good working order. Ability to travel to all business locations
