HealthCare Support is actively seeking a
Medical Practice Manager to fill an opening in
Brooklyn, New York
Daily Responsibilities for Medical Practice Manager
- Tracks all Orders, Interim, MPA tracker, and 485 to ensure signatures are obtained timely, and MPAs are following up and escalating appropriately when notes and orders are not received timely.
- Tracks and ensures that all notes are in for all provider visits, including but not limited to Start of Care, Revisits, Semiannual, and consultations.
- Oversight of the Medical Practice Staff to ensure that all paper documents received are scanned and uploaded into the EMR.

Required Qualifications for Medical Practice Manager
- At least five (5+) years of prior experience in Coding or Medical Practice office-related field.
- Minimum of three (3) years in a supervision role, preferred.
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience working with a frail or elderly population or, if the individual has less than one (1) year of experience but meets all other requirements, must receive appropriate training from the PACE organization on working with a frail or elderly population upon hiring.

Pay Details: $38 - $44.5/ Hour
