  Healthcare Support is actively seeking a PBM Data Analyst - Hybrid to support a nationally recognized leader in healthcare. This company is a leader in providing benefit administration solutions to employers, unions, health plans, and government entities. We are looking for candidates in Charlotte, NC!

 Daily Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support a team of account executives to ensure client satisfaction, retention, and performance. 
• Support clients in a leadership capacity, focusing on escalation management and relationship development. 
• Manage high profile but limited client book. 
• Conduct regular team meetings to align goals, share updates, and address challenges. 
• Mentor and develop team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in PBM services, including but not limited to overall pharmacy strategy, financial performance, contract management
• Shift: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
• Hybrid: 3 days in office / 2 days remote

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree
• 1+ years of PBM, Healthcare, Data Exchange, and Integrated Accumulations experience 
• Ability to match key PBM concepts and data fields across various systems and file layouts to ensure consistency and accuracy of data transfers
• Vendor management experience
• Accumulations experience
• Proficiency in SQL, Excel, JSON and other technical data skills preferred

Clinical Pharmacist Consultant (Hybrid) – PBM – Montvale, NJ HealthCare Support is seeking a strategic, client-focused Clinical Pharmacist Consultant to join a growing PBM organization. In this highly collaborative role, you’ll serve as a trusted clinical advisor to clients, helping develop pharmacy benefit and clinical strategies that improve outcomes, manage drug spend, and deliver measurable value.   Schedule

• Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM
• Hybrid schedule: 3 days onsite / 2 days remote

Compensation

• $120,000–$191,000 base salary
• Up to 10% annual bonus opportunity

Daily Responsibilities : 

• Serve as the clinical expert and trusted advisor for assigned client accounts, providing guidance on pharmacy benefit design, formularies, clinical programs, population health, and cost trends. Partner cross-functionally with clinical, analytics, underwriting, prior authorization, formulary, and client teams to support account performance, new client implementations, and ongoing clinical strategy.

Required Qualifications:

• Active NJ Pharmacist License
• 5+ years of PBM, clinical account management, or healthcare consulting experience
• PBM experience required
• Strong knowledge of pharmacy benefit design, clinical programs, and population health

Nurse Practitioner   HealthCare Support is actively seeking a Nurse Practitioner to fill an opening in Goldsboro, North Carolina.  Daily Responsibilities for Nurse Practitioner

• Conduct comprehensive assessments
• Effectively manage acute and chronic medical and behavioral conditions
• Ensure accurate and complete documentation, including ICD 10 conditions
• Monday to Friday 8AM - 5PM

Required Qualifications for Nurse Practitioner

• Active and unrestricted license in North Carolina 
• NP: Graduate of an accredited Master of Science Nursing or Doctor of Nursing Practice program
