Associate Director, PBM Client Services - Hybrid (New York, NY) HealthCare Support is seeking an Associate Director, PBM Client Services to be part of an Enterprise Health Technology company, giving health plans a better way to manage pharmacy and medical benefit administration! Compensation:

• $163K - $190K annually (depending on experience)

Schedule: Monday- Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm

• Hybrid: 3 days in office / 2 days remote in New York, NY!

Daily Responsibilities:

• This leadership role is responsible for guiding and developing a team of Clinical Account Consultants while ensuring the delivery of high-quality clinical consulting services and client support. The position provides oversight of clinical analyses, strategic recommendations, presentations, and client interactions, while managing onboarding, training, performance, and workload prioritization across the team

Qualifications:

• PharmD degree from an accredited institution.
• Active pharmacist license, or ability to obtain/maintain licensure as required.
• 6+ years of experience in PBM, managed care, or health plan environments.
• Demonstrated experience leading projects, mentoring others, or managing clinical teams.
• Strong knowledge of formulary management, utilization management, specialty pharmacy, and pharmacy trend analysis.
• Experience translating complex clinical and claims data into actionable recommendations.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
• Ability to travel up to 25%.

Clinical Fraud Audit Specialist - Remote Arizona HealthCare Support is actively seeking a Clinical Fraud Audit Specialist - Remote Arizona to fill an opening in Phoenix, Arizona. Daily Responsibilities for Clinical Fraud Audit Specialist - Remote Arizona:

• Conduct in-depth clinical and claims reviews using benefit plans, medical policies, claims systems, member enrollment information, provider contracts, and other relevant resources.

• Analyze claims and determine appropriate resolution in accordance with department policies and applicable state and federal requirements.

• Identify and monitor claims trends that may indicate educational opportunities, policy or guideline updates, referrals, or potential fraud, waste, and abuse.

• Monday to Friday 8AM - 5PM

Required Qualifications for Clinical Fraud Audit Specialist - Remote Arizona:

• 1–2 years of related medical coding, auditing, or clinical experience.

  Associate degree, post-high-school nursing diploma, LPN certification from an approved program, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. CPC, CCS, or CPMA certification required within 6 months of starting.

Preferred Qualifications for Clinical Fraud Audit Specialist - Remote Arizona:

• 2+ years of medical coding or auditing experience.

• 2+ years of experience in utilization review, quality assurance, or the health insurance industry.

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a related field.
