Required Qualifications for the Medical/Telemetry Registered Nurse :

• Graduate of Accredited School of Nursing
• Registered Nurse License in TX
• Minimum of 2 years experience required in Acute Care/Med/Surg/Tele
• CPR-BCLS
• Diagnostic & Support: ACLS required before completion of orientation.
• NIH Stroke Scale required before completion of orientation

Family Nurse Practitioner HealthCare Support is actively seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner to fill an opening in Austin, Texas. Daily Responsibilities for Family Nurse Practitioner:

• Provide Primary and Family evidenced-based care inclusive of accurate assessment, diagnosis, treatment, management of health problems, health counseling, and disposition planning for our patients.
• Provide administrative duties to include but not limited to opening/closing the clinic, inventory, patient follow up, verifying insurance and collecting payment, maintaining a clean environment.
• Be responsible for handling patient appointments and performing routine examinations to ensure positive patient health outcomes
• Monday to Friday 830a-730p, Saturday :9a-530p, Sunday: 9a-530p

Required Qualifications for Family Nurse Practitioner:

• Board certified through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners or the American Nurses Credentialing Center, with certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner
• Clear and active NP license in Texas  1+ year of professional experience as a Family Nurse Practitioner/ Primary Care
