About Bailey Cooper:

I will tell you that this is the first contract traveling job I've ever done. I've always worked in hospitals and other such places. The difference is astonishing. Don't get me wrong to process of getting hired onto a state agency is long and convoluted at best. Bailey was the one that kept me on track! I know I told her at least a couple times that I was going to give up and go someplace else and she encouraged me to keep trying to just hang in there and not give up. I'm glad I did because let me tell you sister the job is good and the pay is excellent. Bailey is a consummate professional. If She wasn't able to answer her phone she got back to me within the hour and even called me on her weekend off! I believe very much that I could call her with any question and if she didn't know the answer she would dig until she found out and get back to me very quickly. If you're a nurse and you've never tried a traveling contract, you should really think about it. The pay is excellent the job is good but working with Bailey is better than working with any hospital administrator I've ever had to work with. Thank you Bailey thank you for your patience and your caring through this process you're the best!
