I am originally from Ocala, Florida and love living in the sunshine state! I moved to Orlando, FL in 2008 and attended the University of Central Florida where I earned my first Bachelor of Science degree in psychology. Later, I decided to continue my education and received my second Bachelor of Science degree in Diagnostic Medical Ultrasound. I loved my career in ultrasound and getting to work hands on in the medical field. Ultimately, moving to Tampa, FL I discovered Cell Staff and knew instantly healthcare recruiting was my calling!

Being a matchmaker for an awesome opportunity and an awesome employee is my jam! I have an immense amount of respect for healthcare employees because I know the hard work they have to put in! I believe my background in psychology and the healthcare field allow me to be passionate as a healthcare recruiter.

I love being outdoors and enjoying the beautiful weather Florida has to offer. From boating and kayaking, to beach days, concerts and trying new restaurants, I love being out and about just enjoying life!

Well, she was just very helpful and very quick with getting me hired:). There was another recruiter that was working on getting me hired at the same facility, though for more money, but he was a day or two too slow, as I had already been hired by the time the rest of the staff in his office were able to consider my application and submit me. This was in spite of him receiving my application before I spoke with Olivia about the position. So, she was very efficient, and I greatly appreciate her efforts and her follow-up:)! Lee S. Coles, RN

Olivia has been a great recruiter. She listens, understands and cares about your questions and concerns. If she is unable to answer at that moment she talks to her supervisors or finance dept whichever it maybe and follows up and contacts you w the answers in a timely manner. After I started my assignment she called and asked how it was going. Definitely feel like my needs and questions are being taken care of. She has taken time and effort and you can tell she loves what she does.
