We’re seeking a proactive and highly organized Project Coordinator to join our fast-paced services team. In this role, you will oversee a portfolio of 8–15 active projects ensuring each one runs smoothly, on time, and within budget.

You’ll work closely with two Project Managers, field supervisors, vendors, and construction teams to ensure everything from scheduling to materials delivery is properly aligned. This position is ideal for someone who thrives on keeping multiple moving parts in sync and enjoys problem-solving in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and monitor 8–15 active security installation projects at any given time.
  • Collaborate with Project Managers to develop timelines, allocate resources, and meet deadlines.
  • Ensure all stakeholders (field teams, vendors, construction) stay on schedule.
  • Act as the central point of contact for clients, field teams, vendors, and internal staff.
  • Provide regular updates, resolve issues, and track project progress.
  • Coordinate between construction project managers and field supervisors.
  • Oversee inventory and ensure timely delivery of tools, equipment, and materials.
  • Work with vendors to track and expedite orders, backorders, and special items.
  • Maintain up-to-date records, contracts, RFIs, change orders, and reports.
  • Assist with tracking timelines and budgets for each project.
  • Support on-site quality checks and ensure projects meet safety and security standards.
  • Identify and help mitigate risks or delays throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Provide timely updates to clients and ensure their expectations are consistently met or exceeded.
  • Address concerns professionally and efficiently.
Qualifications
  • Experience
  • 3+ years in project coordination, preferably in construction or security services.
  • Experience managing multiple projects with tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with security/locksmith systems (retrofit and new construction) is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proficient in project management tools (e.g., Procore, Buildertrend, MS Project).
  • Comfortable with construction terminology and workflows.
  • Problem-solver with a proactive mindset.
  • Team player who works well across departments.
  • Able to work independently and make sound decisions under pressure.
