Job Title: Furniture Set-Up

Pay: $18/hour Hours: Monday–Thursday, 5:00 AM–3:30 PM Start Date: ASAP Assignment Length: Temp role for 1 week

We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented individual to assist with setting up furniture in a production environment. This is a great short-term opportunity for someone with strong manual skills and a team-first attitude. You’ll be supporting the assembly and staging of furniture pieces while keeping the workspace organized and efficient.

What You’ll Do

• Assist with setting up and positioning furniture

• Support basic assembly or staging tasks as needed

• Maintain a clean and organized work area

• Follow instructions and work collaboratively with the team

• Work safely and efficiently to meet daily goals

What We’re Looking For

• Manufacturing or basic Lean experience preferred

• Must be able to speak, read, and write English

• Ability to reach 12–18 inches, stand, and walk for an entire shift

• Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail

• Good manual dexterity and comfort with hands-on tasks

• Positive, flexible attitude and strong teamwork mindset

• High School Diploma or GED required

Job Title: Fabricators

Pay: $24.00–$30.00/hr (DOE) Hours: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM Start Date: ASAP

  What You’ll Do:

As a Fabricator, you will be responsible for:

• Performing TIG and MIG welding of stainless steel, aluminum, cold/mild steel, and tubular steel.
• Completing layout, fitting, welding, and finishing of metal parts according to customer specifications.
• Operating fabrication equipment such as rolling machines, stud welders, and overhead cranes.
• Performing inspections, verify material types, thicknesses, and dimensions throughout production.
• Ensuring all safety protocols are followed, including equipment checks and workspace cleanliness.
• Reading and interpreting blueprints
• Measuring and checking parts to maintain tight tolerances and consistent quality.
• Assisting with other duties as assigned to help achieve our goals.  

What You’ll Bring:

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• High school diploma, trade school certificate, or equivalent.
• Proven ability to interpret blueprints, mechanical drawings, and job specifications.
• Understanding of metallurgy, material types, and gauges.
• Strong math and measuring skills (tape measure, dial caliper, versa gauge, etc.).
• Ability to layout, fit, weld, and finish with minimal supervision.
• Certification in welding and overhead crane operation (preferred).
• Strong attention to detail, safety awareness, and commitment to quality workmanship.
