The Property Manager position in Oxford, Maine is responsible for overseeing tenant relations, rent collection, property maintenance, and tenant communication. You'll need a strong understanding of property management practices and relevant regulations. This is a full-time, temp-to-hire position with the possibility of a quick-hire transition if the company finds the right candidate.  Responsibilities Include:

• Tenant screening and approvals
• Rent and property management fee collection
• Property inspections and maintenance coordination
• Tenant and owner communication, addressing issues and concerns
