  • A high school diploma, trade school certificate, or equivalent.
  • Proven ability to interpret blueprints, mechanical drawings, and job specifications.
  • Understanding of metallurgy, material types, and gauges.
  • Strong math and measuring skills (tape measure, dial caliper, versa gauge, etc.).
  • Ability to layout, fit, weld, and finish with minimal supervision.
  • Certification in welding and overhead crane operation (preferred).
  • Strong attention to detail, safety awareness, and commitment to quality workmanship.

Location & Schedule:

This position is on-site in Biddeford, ME and offers a Monday to Friday schedule from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM.
