The Stitcher positions in Lewiston and Auburn, Maine area are responsible for the operation of industrial sewing machines, ensuring quality, as well as working with fabric and performing vinyl welding. You’ll have a solid understanding of how to accurately measure product dimensions, perform quality checks, and understand work orders.  Do you have experience utilizing industrial single needle or double needle sewing machines? Do you have experience hand stitching or changing needles and bobbins? Some of these positions could be perfect for an experienced at home hobby stitcher. This is a full time, Monday-Friday position.  Stitcher Qualifications: 

• High School Graduate or Equivalent preferred 
• 2-5 years experience with sewing machines; Industrial fabric experience preferred 
• Mathematical skills, ability to read, and measure products dimensions 
• Ability to lift up 50 pounds when needed 
• Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment physical
