Pay: $18–$20 per hour Hours: Mondays & Wednesdays 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Saturdays 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM May be full-time for the first 1–2 weeks for training Start Date: ASAP – After Christmas Duration: Seasonal

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative for a seasonal, part-time position with our client, a small and friendly office located in Ellsworth, Maine. The Customer Service Representative will be a key point of contact for customers, providing professional, upbeat support in a fast-paced setting. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

• Answering incoming calls and assisting customers with questions or requests

• Providing accurate and friendly service information

• Scheduling services or processing orders as needed

• Updating customer records and performing basic data entry

• Supporting day-to-day administrative needs in the office

• Managing multiple tasks while maintaining a calm, professional attitude

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• Previous customer service or office experience

• Strong multitasking and communication skills

• A helpful and positive demeanor

• Basic computer knowledge and comfort with data entry

• High school diploma or equivalent
