Job Title: Data Entry – Urgently Hiring

We are seeking a Data Entry professional for a full-time, temp-to-hire position for our client, a well-established company that operates with the care and camaraderie of a small family business, located in Newcastle, Maine. The Data Entry specialist will be responsible for entering product and order data accurately and efficiently, while also serving as back-up support on incoming phone calls. The Data Entry professional plays a key role in keeping operations running smoothly and providing helpful communication when needed. As a Data Entry professional, you will be responsible for:

• Entering order and product data into internal systems with accuracy and attention to detail

• Providing back-up support on incoming phone calls as needed

• Using Microsoft Office products including Outlook for email correspondence

• Learning and applying data systems and tools (training provided if needed)

• Supporting general office functions as assigned

• Occasionally assisting in the warehouse as needed

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• A high school diploma or GED

• Previous office or data entry experience (preferred, but not required)

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Outlook, and basic computer use

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy

• A willingness to learn and take initiative

• A team-oriented attitude and friendly communication style

• The ability to occasionally assist in a warehouse environment
