Manage and coordinate the mechanical scope of works, including CHP plant, heat exchangers, pumps, pipework, and ventilation.
Act as the main point of contact for mechanical subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality standards, particularly in a live hospital setting.
Oversee the delivery of the mechanical package in line with the programme, budget, and specifications.
Liaise with the client, estates team, and clinical stakeholders to minimise disruption and ensure continuity of hospital services.
Manage and review technical submittals, RAMS, commissioning plans, and O&M documentation.
Attend and lead relevant site meetings including coordination, progress reviews, and commissioning workshops.
Coordinate with electrical and controls teams to ensure integrated CHP operation.
Monitor and report progress, risks, and issues to the Project Manager.
Support the project close-out, including snagging, testing, commissioning, and handover.
