ENVIRONMENT The JDO is managed by HPC, Licensee and Manager of the HPC Project. It is made up of staff from: - HPC, managing the teams and owning the processes, - EDVANCE and CNEPE who study and approve design changes as well as non-conformances within their scope of delegated authority, - Contractors who previously delivered the detailed design.
