Reinforced Concrete Civil/ Structural Engineer

Astute’s Nuclear team is partnering with one of the leaders in the design and construction of the Hinkley Point C (HPC) nuclear new build power plant to recruit a Civil/Structural Engineer within the reinforced concrete sector. The Civil/Structural Engineer role is a key position in the development of the Hinkley Point C project throughout its design and construction phase and comes with a salary of up to £50,000 dependant on experience.   • Modifying reinforced concrete or steel structure designs compliant with the ETC-C or other relevant codes (Eurocodes) and project methodology.

The client offers operations and maintenance (O&M) services to their clients across the UK and are looking for an Asset Manager to take overall ownership for a portfolio of rooftop solar assets, ensuring successful delivery of the contracted scope of services.

Roles & Responsibilities

Reporting directly to the Senior Operations Manager, as an Asset Manager, you will be responsible for:
  • Primary contact for site owners, managing all customer queries, ensuring they are dealt with promptly and to the highest standards
  • Management of all contracts and agreements associated with the sites, ensuring that all requirements and obligations are met and managing all breaches on behalf of the owners.
  • Managing internal and external resources to plan works with production maximisation as the goal, helping to define and manage the annual OPEX budgets

Skills & Qualifications

We are looking for someone with the following:
