About Kyle Shinn:

The timing of the call (1700) hours would have been better as we were just about to have our tea. None the less Kyle did offer to call back later but had caught my attention when he mentioned the job in question. I had read through a couple of job descriptions for Assistant Shift Team Leaders and was put off by some of the wording. Kyle on the other hand put me at ease in a good sort of way when he phoned. He explained that after reading my CV said that my background experience was just the sort of person that would fit into this environment perfectly.
