While covering for Arjun Dan has assisted me massively both pre and post interview. Dan stepped in to cover leave and the transition to support me was seamless and stress free during a time I was going through an interview stage.
Casey was and is fab. From the start very involved. Keeping me upto date. But then it kind of died down a bit. Was told I’d have a result from the interview by end of play on the Wednesday which then moved to the Thursday and then to the Friday. This was Friday 26th sept. I’ve heard nothing since. I also explained I have job offers that are waiting on answers. I know Casey can’t tell the client to make a decision all I ask is I’m kept in the know how as the last thing I want is to hold out and hold out and then miss a job that I have actually been offered which would be rather frustrating. I must stress overall Casey was is fab at what she does. I am in no way trying to diss her ability as she does a fantastic job but when I’m told I’d have an answer or notified either way that day I expect to be informed, hey spoke with client they still not made a decision I’ll keep you posted..etc
