I think from the very onset Tim has been very open and honest about the information and detail he has provided about the potential job opportunities. He gave detailed insight into the role on offer, and even did some background research on location and travel times to ensure it was the right match for me. I hadn't given feedback sooner as i was a little hesitant only because I wanted to meet with the hiring team for the role offered. To my surprise and delight, what Tim had provided by way of information, links for the company and role, and general back ground info was mirrored by the recruitment manager by the company. So as I approached the 1st interview, I was relaxed and quietly confident, but minutes into the interview I felt more and more confident as I felt I already had researched what I needed based on Tim's advice. My preparation was key and i put that down to Tim's help and support. It's not all straightforward as I have a second interview coming up soon. But I feel confident going into it knowing I can call on Tim's advice if needed.
