About Laura Milsom:

Laura had a very caring and delicate approach to my case and helped enormously to fill the gaps between myself and the company (my current employer). Beyond being professional, having attention to the detail and making sure timely feedback was conveyed, Laura has this quality of empathy which is I am sure down to her genuine character, made each communication a personal care experience; in the end she ended up hearing my news and decisions after the interviews before I had even told my own family!
