Tim is good and professional providing feedback and ready to answer all questions. Two notes: Personally I would not ask candidates direct feedback on a person, someone may in purpose give bad reviews. In any case I wish all recruitment agencies had a professional attitude as I saw in Astute. (majority of agency are ghosting regularly, promise a lot and never be heard of again).

Kyle sent links that sent me to YouTube videos regarding process about the job I was applying for, the information in these videos was too generic and not specific about that particular plant. It was a good base but not entirely accurate. Other than that Kyle is thorough and friendly and likes to keep in touch. Maybe a little bit too much if I were to be super critical.
