As an Account Manager at Astute People, I specialise in permanent recruitment within the Operations & Maintenance (O&M) space of the power generation industry across the UK. I connect high-calibre professionals - such as Maintenance Technicians, Control Room Operators, and Team Leaders - with leading energy companies to ensure the smooth, safe, and efficient running of power facilities.

Since joining Astute in April 2022, I’ve built a track record of success by delivering tailored recruitment solutions that align with both client goals and candidate aspirations. Whether it's a biomass plant or an EFW facility, I bring in-depth sector knowledge and a people-first approach to every placement.

I hold a BA degree in Human Geography from the University of Leeds (2020), during which time I worked part-time in customer service, where I honed my communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills - foundations that now underpin my consultative recruitment style.

Outside of work, I enjoy exploring the outdoors, hiking, and cooking for friends and family.
