Arjun was obviously very keen to make a posting ,the first encounter did not achieve and he saw fit to mention this at a later date ! Not correct in manor. Second encounter secured . He may need to consider the caliber of people

Change of account manager could of been handled better, transition is always difficult but clear training on process your side would of been better rather than trying to use our time to explain to you how things are done, when moving over it shouldn't be our responsibility to help your staff get an understanding of processes and existing job roles when it was your decision to move things around.
