Professional qualifications We are looking for someone with the following:

• Ideally qualified with a minimum ONC / HNC / HND in Engineering or equivalent
• IOSH or NEBOSH would be advantageous
• Time served Apprentice in Engineering would be advantageous

Personal skills The Shift Team Leader role would suit someone who has:

• At least five years’ experience working in an supervisory capacity on a similar heavy industry plant – ideally utilising high pressure steam systems such as Power Plants, Refineries, COMAH sites etc.
