    Professional qualifications We are looking for someone with the following:  
  • Ideally have a HNC minimum qualification (not a necessity) in a relevant engineering discipline
  • Being HV Senior Authorised Person will be highly advantageous.
  • Ideally have a formal Health and Safety qualification such as IOSH or NEBOSH
    Personal skills and prior experience The Shift Team Leader role would suit someone who has:
  • Prior experience working in operations within a heavy process engineering environment such as Power (EfW, Biomass, CCGT, OCGT, Coal, etc), Steelworks, Refineries, COMAH sites, etc

The plant is currently in construction phase and as Plant Manager, you will play a critical role to recruit the full Operations and Maintenance Team through the mobilisation period through to full operational handover from the EPC contractor.
