As Mechanical Supervisor, you'll lead a team of skilled engineers delivering maintenance projects, outages, plant upgrades, inspections, and installation works on industrial clients across the Essex, Kent and London Areas. Working across power stations, energy-from-waste plants, and other industrial sites, you'll be the on-the-ground lead — ensuring project success through strong leadership, exceptional planning, and professional communication with clients.  If you have a strong commercial and sales background, relevant industry experience and looking for a new opportunity then apply for this role. Responsibilities and duties of the Mechanical Supervisor role Reporting to the Mechanical Director, you will be responsible for:

  • Experience working in a heavy process environment such as a power station, refinery, chemical plant or paper mill.
  • As this is a field based role, a full UK driving licence is a necessity
