Ruth proactively found role with a FM company that is potentially a great fit for me. After introducing herself and her company, she took the time to listen to what I would be looking for in a position, we discussed my skillset and experience, and then discussed in-depth the role, which she was very knowledgeable about. Overall I would highly commend both Ruth and her agency, She has a very pleasant manner and was well briefed on the role and understood where my experience may be a good match. Bonus point for understanding me, Im Scottish and often find myself having to repeat myself over the phone if speaking to non Scots, as I do have an accent, I never had to repeat myself once with Ruth though!
