Mrs Gemma is a veey helpful person. As sooon as I have applied for a job then she gave me a phone call to know more details about me and it only took one week to get invited for a job interview. So, I'm very grateful for this opportunity and hopefully my interview goes brilliant so that I get employed. Thank you very muxh to her and I'm very pleased to know her.
James showed professionalism in his job and advised me in which job role i am most likely to perform better based on my UK experience. He guided and supported me with possible information and links that could help during my interview
I was contacted by Rob through LinkedIn, and asked if my details could be forwarded to a company with a vacancy that he felt was just what I was after and just what the Company needed in me.
He was dead right on both accounts!
In the space of two weeks, Rob spoke with me every day, and helped to guide me through application, interview and the negotiation process - ending with me accepting a new role in a new location, and I'm very much looking forward to starting the next chapter of my career.
Rob is so easy to liaise with and down to earth. He listens to what you have to say and takes it on board. He even spoke with me outside of business hours when I needed to run things by him - now that's incredible service!
A tip-top bloke and a damn fine recruiter. Hopefully we'll keep in touch. I'm pretty sure I owe this man a pint!
Very impressed, asked the right questions and discussed the role, we agreed the role was not right for me. this is a FIRST in my time (20 years)using both sides of the recruitment industry where most "consultants" are bums on seats sales people with no interest or professionalism in actually matching people to roles. I hope Kelsey reflects the whole of Astute approach to matching roles to people.
this survey however is not really very well designed.
