Roles & Responsibilities

As the Dispatch Coordinator you will be responsible for:

  • Coordinating with the production teams to gain shipping information and confirm requirements of sale orders which are being dispatched.
  • Liaising with customers to organise collections and confirm dispatch documentation
  • Creating packings lists (dimensions, items, weight)
  • Carry out short- and medium-term scheduling of production activities and working with the Production Manager for long term planning
  • Administer any production paperwork and relevant documentation
  • Recording dispatch notes through Sage and EXPD courier collection notes.                                                                                                                             

 

Skills & Qualifications

We are looking for someone with the following:

  • Experience with managing customer orders in a small/medium production business
  • Experience working in a low/medium volume manufacturing operation
  • A proactive and hands-on approach to work
