The Electrical Tester position come with an hourly rate from £19 to £22 per hour. Role responsibilities and key skills for the role:Perform electrical inspection and testing (Initial Verification & Periodic) in accordance with BS 7671
Complete test sheets and electrical installation condition reports (EICs, EICRs, MEWPs, etc.)
Conduct dead and live testing (IR, continuity, Zs, ZsR1+R2, RCD, etc.)
Identify faults, non-conformances, and complete remedial actions as needed
Support site-wide QA and handover documentation (Red Line drawings, snag lists)
Work closely with Supervisors, Commissioning Engineers, and QA team
Maintain adherence to all site safety and permit systems
Ensure compliance with IET Wiring Regulations (18th Edition)

Currently they have a requirement for a Lead Commissioning Engineers to lead a team of Engineers and Technicians throughout the commissioning of the project. We are looking for candidates with building services experience.As Lead Commissioning Engineer, you will bring demonstrable commissioning experience and practical skills to the commissioning team. Working closely with the Commissioning team, you will be responsible for planning, executing and documenting of commissioning and handover activities on the project and programme of works in a safe manner, fully in accordance with company processes, systems, procedures and specifications.

Review, approve, issue, suspend, and close PTWs in accordance with project-specific procedures.
Coordinate with construction teams, subcontractors, and the HSE department to plan and manage conflicting work activities.
Maintain a live permit board and daily permit register.
Ensure all PTWs are fully documented, including risk assessments, method statements, isolations, and supporting documents.
Conduct audits and regular inspections to ensure compliance with permit conditions.
Facilitate daily PTW coordination meetings and ensure clear communication between work parties.
Support and advise supervisors and operatives on permit-related issues and safety requirements.
Escalate any non-compliance or unsafe practices to the HSE Manager immediately.
Deliver toolbox talks and training sessions on the PTW process as required.
Maintain accurate records for audit purposes and regulatory compliance.
