As a Drafter, you will be responsible for:

• Creating inspection reports from blueprints

• Excellent knowledge of Solidworks and AutoCad

• Proficient in MS Word and Excel

• Proficient in Adobe and modifications of PDF documents

• Excellent blueprint reading and GD&T

Electrical Assembler Cleveland, OH 1st shift $25-30 hr ??????Primary Purpose of the Job: Build technical equipment/machines for Our Environmental Test Chamber product line. Includes building electrical panels to specification: installing electrical components and point-to-point wiring based on electrical diagrams. ??????Essential Duties: 1. Review and analyze orders/prints for accuracy/applicability. 2. Fit and assemble components together according to prints, manuals and knowledge of machine construction using hand tools and power tools. 3. Install wiring and electrical components to specification. 4. Lay out hole locations and drill and tap holes on parts for assembly. 5. Install piping, fixtures, and attachments required to service machine with air and water. 6. Verify alignment, tolerance and clearance of moving parts. 7. Test machine to verify functioning, machine capabilities and conformance to customer and test specifications. 8. Maintain inventory levels of component parts.

Mechanical Assembler - 1st shift starting $20/hr Streetsboro, OH manufacturer is adding staff for a 1st shift Mechanical Assembler.  This will require 2+ years experience with assembly/sub-assembly of components  1st shift schedule: 6am to 2:30pm Monday to Friday

1st Shift: 8am to 4:30pm Starting Rate: $25 to $30 hr 1st shift Quality Inspector for a full-service metal fabrication and manufacturing company located in Warrensville Heights, Ohio. Founded in 1988, the company features a 50,000 square foot facility and employs over 85 employees.    ***Will be needing 3+ years experience within inspection of machined metal parts industry          Duties -Will handle floor inspection and spot check parts to their blueprints -Prior experience with using mics, calipers, and gages -Must come inspection with machine metal parts  

Utility Operator Avon, OH aerospace manufacturer is currently hiring for a 2nd shift Utility Operator. Starting rate: $20/hr to $21/hr 2nd shift: 3:30pm to midnight (training on 1st shift)   POSITION SUMMARY:  Working with general supervision in a team environment supporting the stock room, paint, and finishing manufacturing activities to provide quality parts.  ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:    -Pull parts for assembly cells. Maintain the stock room inventory and shelves. -Maintain established production rates at expected quality level.  -Keep work areas clean and organized for self and others daily. Maintain a foreign object damage free work area.  -Remove burrs, sharp edges and tooling marks or other irregularities from machined parts on  castings.  -Maintain and operate wash tank system to ensure proper concentration levels including daily  titration tests. Clean surface of parts free of dirt, oil and media. Properly prepare parts for Paint  Department.  -Strip and clean improperly finished parts.  -Basic blueprint reading skills.  -Inspect work-in process and finished parts for conformance to all specifications and ensure proper  documentation.    JOB REQUIREMENTS:  • High school diploma or GED required.

Industrial Painter - 1st shift or 2nd shift 

1st Shift: 6am to 2:30pm and 2nd Shift: 3:30pm to Midnight Starting Rate: $21 to $26 hourly Avon, OH area manufacturer to the aerospace industry is hiring a 1st and 2nd shift Industrial Painter. This Industrial Painter must have at least 1+ years experience within an industrial painting setting within manufacturing.

INDUSTRIAL PAINTER SUMMARY: 

Responsible for the operation of manually operated hand painting equipment as well as automatic paint line for application of final finish to prescribed specifications. 

INDUSTRIAL PAINTER ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: 

1. Prepare surfaces to be painted as required by work instructions, using spray guns, rollers, and brushes.

2. Ensures the use of appropriate technical references and tools in performing paint duties. 

3. Perform cleaning and maintenance of all used painting equipment. Keep work areas clean and  organized daily.  

4. Work safely to prevent on-the-job injuries by wearing proper safety equipment (e.g. – Powered Air Purifying Respirator (PAPR)) and following procedures. Proactively identify and take corrective action  to eliminate unsafe behaviors and conditions.  

5. Maintain established production rates at expected quality levels

 

Maintenance Tech  1st shift: 6am to 3pm Starting Rate: $32 to $34 hr Brooklyn, OH manufacturer of specialized fittings and valves is currently hiring for a 1st shift Maintenance Tech. This position will require 3+ years experience with mechanical and electrical repairs and troubleshooting of manufacturing machinery and equipment including presses and automated machinery. Industrial Painter - 1st shift

Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Pay: Up to $35/hr Hours: 3rd Shift 7:30pm to 6:00am (Sunday - Thursday) Start Date: ASAP

We are seeking a Maintenance Technician for our client, a metal processor located in Valley City, OH. The Maintenance Technician will maintain the metal processing equipment. The Maintenance Technician will troubleshoot and repair metal processing equipment.

As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for:

• Repair and troubleshoot in pneumatics, hydraulics, overhead cranes, forklifts, hoists, 3-phase motors, variable speed drives, and controls, welding & cutting, and heavy industrial wiring.
• Repair and rebuild electrical and mechanical components.
• Installation, modification, and fabrication of equipment and systems to meet production needs and schedules.
• Perform Total Preventative Maintenance to all machinery and equipment as scheduled.
• Ability to learn processes, equipment specifications, and company standards by actively consulting resources, associates, manuals, training department,  and policies.
• Participate in continuous improvement in safety, quality, and housekeeping.
