We are seeking a Welder for our client, a metal fabricator located in Struthers, OH. The Welder will assemble various metal components. The Welder will primarily use the mig welding process to start in this role. 

 

As a welder, you will be responsible for:

• Fits and assembles structural frameworks and housings from materials and welding equipment and follows blueprint specifications 
• Examines blueprints and materials list to obtain parts specifications.
• Lays out parts dimensions on the worktable, using a square, chalk line, and soapstone.
• Tack-welds metal to outline to provide jig for assembly.
• Positions parts in jig and files, chisels, and grinds parts, as indicated, to fit them together.
• May heat parts with an acetylene torch and bend them in a vise, on an anvil, or around stakes mounted on a table.
• Tack-welds fitted parts together
• Periodically compares dimensions of assembly to blueprint specifications, using squares, rules, and calipers.
• May anneal parts with an acetylene torch to remove the stresses of welding.
• May fasten parts together with acetylene torch and brazing rod

 

The ideal candidate for this role will have: 

• High School Diploma 
• 1 + years of experience

Mechanical Assembler - $20 to $24/hr with ability to work 55-60 hours per week We are a manufacturer of low volume custom products & are in need of highly skilled 

Mechanical Assemblers. Our company continues to grow and is looking for skilled team members  with strong work histories. Requirements: Successful candidates must have experience in and be able to perform the following functions:

• 2+ years mechanical assembly experience
• Mechanically-inclined and use of hand tools

 We are looking for a  machine Operator at our OH plant that opens June 2025. 

Hired candidate will be eligible for $5000 sign on bonus. 50% given after start date and 50% given after 6 months are completed.

*The machine Operator is Responsible for prepping machines for shift start up and/or product change.

*Operating auxiliary equipment in order to produce various types and sizes of manufactured products while ensuring quality and production goals are met.  *Performing troubleshooting on equipment as needed.    The Machine Operator will still train anywhere from 4-6 months (probably 6 months) in McPherson, KS before being placed in the new OH facility (even after it opens). We will pay for hotel, travel, transportation and provide a meal stipend while they are training in KS. The Setup Machinist will work a 3 week on, 1 week back (last week of month) in OH schedule which is M-F, 8 hour shift. Tool and Die Maker Starting Rate: $35/hr to $42/hr 1st shift Willoughby, OH investment casting manufacturer to the aerospace and military sector is hiring for a 1st shift Tool & Die Maker.  This Tool & Die Maker has a high preference for Journeyman certification along with 10+ years in the industry within tooling and mold making. Tool and Die Maker / Die Repair to support our manufacturing operations by building, modifying, and repairing molds, machining fixtures, and inspection tools. This role is critical to maintaining quality and efficiency in production.   Position Overview

• Set up milling fixtures and tooling according to specifications
• Build, modify, and repair molds, machining fixtures, and manufacturing aids
• Troubleshoot tooling and wax injection mold issues
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency
• Work directly with Supervisors, Engineers, Programmers, and Inspection personnel
• Ensure all tooling meets customer requirements and industry standards
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment

  Qualifications

• Journeyman Tool & Die Maker Certification (apprenticeship completion required)
• Proficiency in Bridgeport mills, manual lathes, and surface grinders
• Ability to set up and run a 3-Axis CNC Mill preferred but not required
• Strong knowledge of machining practices and GD&T principles
• Experience using micrometers, calipers, and other precision inspection tools
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must have STRONG electrical skills pertaining to machinery and packaging equipment including PLC’s, controls, drives, motors, 3 phase 480 volt, sensors, photo eyes, limit switches, etc.
• Must have STRONG mechanical skills pertaining to machinery and packaging equipment
• Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm
• Proficient in OSHA safety regulations.
• Bilingual skills a plus.
