As a Drafter, you will be responsible for:
Creating inspection reports from blueprints
Excellent knowledge of Solidworks and AutoCad
Proficient in MS Word and Excel
Proficient in Adobe and modifications of PDF documents
Excellent blueprint reading and GD&T

The Electrical Assembler will need 2+ years within the electrical/electronics industry with the production manufacturing setting.As an Electrical Assembler, you will be responsible for:
• Complete assembly of mechanical and electrical parts and assemblies.
• Follows written documentation including assembly procedures, drawings, bill of materials and other quality documents.
• Complete in process inspections and testing of assembled parts.
• Assembly and soldering of cable and electrical assemblies.
• On the job training provide for soldering and assembly of cable assemblies. Once trained, production assembler shall be proficient in cable assembly tasks.The ideal candidate for this role will have:

Job Summary:
Manages and directs activities in the Metallurgical and Quality Control Testing Lab.
Essential Job Functions:Supervise Inspection Department Employees, assign work assignments from Lab Hot List, Screw Machine Final Inspection and Import Inspection.
Prepare and Participate for ISO and A2LA Audits.
Direct and coordinate testing of finished and semi-finished sample specimens to determine if metallurgical, physical properties and dimensional features meet manufacturing specifications.
Calibrate all measuring tools, assign a serial number and log each gage and calibration in GAGEtrak.
Monitor and maintain that all calibrations for measuring instruments are up to date.
Oversee issuing gages for jobs ready for production.
Review new production orders. Make sure print match up to routings. Revise inspections sheets as needed.
Create Inspection Method form for all jobs, review prints for needed gages and order as needed.
Review test reports to determine if physical characteristics of sample specimens meet metallurgical specifications and quality control standards.
Investigate causes of defective material and advise supervisory personnel of the production departments or sublet vendors responsible for processing defects.
Complete Vendor Rejection, Rework and Customer Complaint Forms.
Determine disposition of substandard material, according the established precedent or upon approval of superior, such as downgrading, reprocessing or scrapping of material.
Advises metallurgical personnel on problems involving quality control and testing techniques, methods and on application of metallurgical specifications to metal products.
Create Purchase orders for outside calibrations and new equipment purchases.
Order Consumables using requisition folder, create new travelers as needed.
Investigate causes of erroneous testing and issue corrective action notices.
Participate in the selection of laboratory staff.
Train inspection and laboratory staff – keep proper training records
Responsible for ensuring all laboratory practices and policies documented in the Quality Control Manual and Quality Control Procedures are adhered to.
Responsible for the calibration and maintenance of all laboratory testing equipment, as well as documentation.
