Becca serves as a Recruiter in FGP’s Greenville office in the professional staffing division. She sources and recruits talent to help clients and candidates achieve their goals. Becca is driven by building relationships and finds joy in her work through her opportunities to engage and encourage people while connecting them to exciting new careers. She is an honors graduate of Clemson University.
Before joining FGP, Becca worked at an insurance brokerage as a business development executive. She enjoyed building relationships with her clients and gaining a broader business perspective of the Greenville community.
I'm a Midwest gal, born and raised in the St Louis area and attended college at Mizzou. After graduating with my Bachelor's Degrees in Psychology and Sociology I moved back to the St Louis area to start my career and build a family. After college I started my first professional position as an Administrative Assistant for a local real estate firm and I was actually placed there by a staffing agency! I worked with the real estate firm for just under two years and decided that I wanted to pursue a career in HR which is when I found PEG. Using my administrative background, I started off with PEG in an administrative/reporting role and eventually moved into Recruiting and Account Management in 2018.
I'm an alumnus of Purdue University who is extremely passionate about engineering, communication, the automotive industry, and more! I started my recruiting journey back in the fall of 2020 and have gained a ton of understanding of various engineering markets throughout the nation. I've worked in a boutique recruiting firm and at the largest in the nation. Now I've settled into my career at Bartech Staffing and am eager to connect engineers to their dream jobs in the automotive industry in Detroit and across America.

I am a Principal at our Firm and came to Accounting Career Consultants after seven years in the financial advisory business with one of the top insurance and financial services companies in the industry. I bring a consultative and relationship-based approach to working with the firms clients to help them solve their staffing needs. In doing so, I've become a valuable resource to some of St. Louis' top companies. My primary focus is working with companies on Searches to improve their financial talent. I am also involved in evaluating Accounting and Financial Candidates both in the St. Louis area as well as nationally for my clients. I spend my time closely identifying the clients staffing needs and challenges through thorough fact-finding and bringing the most well-aligned candidates to fill those roles and make an impact within these organizations. I graduated with my Bachelors in Communications from the University of Missouri-Columbia and also have a Minor in Business. I also am CPC - Certified Personnel Consultant.

I was introduced into the "Recruiting world" roughly 10 years ago. I had attended a warehouse open house hiring event as an applicant and ended up an internal employee. I was helping candidates with their paper applications and the Branch Manager was working the event by herself and appreciated me helping her with everything. It wasn't expected, but every since then I have been able to perfect my craft. I have about 7 years of staffing experience in many different areas such as: direct hires, daily labor, construction, IT, industrial, manufacturing, healthcare, and customer service positions. I am currently in my junior year at University of West Georgia for my Business Management Degree. I love to play lacrosse with my daughters and just being active in sports. I have been playing lacrosse since I was 8 years old and even got a scholarship for college. Now, it is a sport I would love to past down to my girls and watch them play from the stands. I am originally from Oklahoma and attended Oklahoma State University. Post grad I moved to Texas to start my career in recruitment. In my free time I love going to the lake, hanging out with friends, and trying new restaurants around Dallas!
