Shelby serves as a Recruiting Coordinator for FGP’s Professional Staffing team. In this role, she assists the recruiting team with sourcing talent, and providing organizational and administrative tasks to help in the placement process. She hopes that each person and potential candidate that she speaks with leaves the conversation with motivation and drive to be the best version of themselves and to always put their best foot forward.
Prior to joining FGP, Shelby interned with the University of Illinois Human Resources Department, where she worked for the Dual Career Program. In that role she assisted with finding employment opportunities for the tenured recruit’s spouses. Shelby is a graduate of the University of Illinois, where she studied Social Work.
Sam is a recruiter on the FGP Professional Staffing team and is responsible for sourcing and screening qualified candidates for office support and administrative positions. She specializes in recruiting temporary, temp-to-hire and direct hire professionals to fill openings for state positions, customer service, and sales among others. Functionally, her niche is front office assistants, executive assistants, customer service, marketing, and human resources professionals.
Sam joined the FGP team after graduating from college and has made a significant impact on the company’s staffing division, recently being recognized as a top producer. Sam is a graduate of Clemson University.
I'm someone who thrives on adventure and embraces a variety of interests and hobbies. I have a deep love for the outdoors, swimming, diving, rock climbing, fishing, and exploring nature trails. The beach holds a special allure for myself whether going for runs or simply soaking in the serenity of the ocean. My artistic side shines through love for playing the viola and expression through painting. I'm also a culture enthusiast, frequently attending Broadway shows for entertainment and inspiration.
