I am a client relations specialist with a solid background in Human Resources and Staffing solution. I have always been passionate about delivering quality service and helping healthcare professionals. In the past, I worked as an HR Assistant in the hospital setting and as a Compliance Manager, Client Relations Management for my current employer, Tact Staff. In all roles, I served as a key resource in the onboarding process of new hires, internally and externally. My duties included auditing, compliance, and training/couching.
Currently, I am the Vice President at Tact Staff. My main role is to develop and grow relationships with hospitals throughout New York City and New Jersey. I have a better understanding of the needs of my current and prospective clients because of the knowledge I have gained in my previous roles. This unique perspective has enabled me to better address my clients’ concerns and deliver quality service.
